³⁰ Simon’s mother-in-law^[a] was lying in bed, sick with a fever, and they informed Jesus at once about her. ³¹ Jesus approached her, grasped her by the hand, and helped her up. Then the fever left her, and she began to serve them.

³² Other Healings. That evening, after sunset, they brought to him all those who were sick or possessed by demons.^[b]
